Anthony Ferrari
Anthony Ferrari graduated High School in 2006. He worked part-time in 2005 but is now a full time employee. He has his sights set on a career in law enforcement and interpretation. But for now, he is happy to work with the different aspects of landscaping. Anthony is 17 years old and lives in Lampeter.

Michael Ferrari
Michael started out going to school for a career in music but has since found other outlets for his creativity with landscape design and construction. He began working for C.E. Pontz Sons, Inc in 2005 and lives in Lancaster.

Seth Ferrari
Seth Ferrari has worked with C.E. Pontz Sons, Inc since 2004. He has an associate’s degree in fine woodworking. Many of Seth’s mechanical skills are put to good use as the shop and maintenance manager at the C.E. Pontz Sons, Inc operations center in Centerville. Seth is 24 years old and lives in East Petersburg, PA.

Nick Gutshall
Nick started with C.E. Pontz Sons, Inc in 2006. He moved from a career in HVAC to do what he loves…work outdoors. Nick is a member of the Pond Crew and loves to help in the creative design process. He is 23 years old and lives in Ephrata.

Adrian Kapp
Adrian grew up working on farms and participating in outdoor activities. Little did he know, his childhood experiences were preparing him for his eventual career in the green industry. In 2003, Adrian purchased C.E. Pontz Sons, Inc from the Pontz family and has continued the family tradition of quality and integrity. As the company grows, it is Adrian’s hope that all who work for and with him can find a richer life in all that they do.

Bobby Kenyon
Bobby Kenyon has been with C.E. Pontz Sons, Inc since the fall of 2005. Bobby Spent several years as a student in Philadelphia at the Art Institute. He is now living in Lancaster and putting his creative skills to use with the C.E. Pontz Pond Crew. Bobby is 24 years old.

Fred Kohl
Fred Kohl Jr. has worked with C.E. Pontz Sons, Inc for over 10 years. His father was also employed with C.E. Pontz Sons, Inc for many years before him. Fred is experienced in all aspects of landscaping and has been able to help improve the skills of some of our younger employees. Fred is 48 years old and lives in Lancaster.

Arlene Ober
Arlene has been in charge of operations for over 30 years. She, along with her brothers John and Bob, owned C.E. Pontz Sons, Inc until 2003. She continues to mentor the younger members of the C.E. Pontz Sons family.

Wayne Ober
Wayne has been working in the green industry for over 35 years. He has been with C.E. Pontz Sons, Inc since 2001. His experience with planting is invaluable to our commercial division. Wayne is 71 years old and lives in Lancaster.

Bob Pontz
Bob Pontz has been working with C.E. Pontz Sons, Inc since he was a boy. His father started the business with his grandfather in 1934. Bob’s extensive knowledge in hardscape and general landscape design is a huge asset to the company. Bob is 62 years young and lives in Lancaster.

Josh Stoppard
Josh Stoppard has been with C.E. Pontz Sons, Inc since the spring of 2006. He has worked with a few other landscaping companies and finally settled in with C.E. Pontz. Josh is earning a business degree and hopes to go into business management one day. He is 26 and lives in Strasburg.
